We strive to achieve the best possible results that meet or exceed your expectations. If there is any dissatisfaction regarding the service you purchased, you can submit a refund request in accordance with the following timeframe.
3. Conditions for Refund Requests
Refund requests can be reviewed according to the following circumstances:
a. Project Hasn’t Been Initiated
If the project has not started and no work has been completed, you may ask for a complete refund.
b. Unsatisfactory Service Performance
If you believe that the service you were provided doesn’t satisfy the scope or the quality standards agreed upon, you must send us a written notice within the refund timeframe (see Section 4). In addition, you should describe why you are requesting a refund. We will evaluate your request fairly and honestly.
Important: As a result of the unique digital and custom nature of our services, once the project has been completed and delivered to you (i.e., an uploaded website or the campaign has been set up), refunds may be difficult or impossible to obtain as the work completed and delivered to you (i.e. website or campaign setup) cannot be returned in the classical sense.
4. Deadline to Submit a Refund Request
You must submit a refund request within 15 days from the date of beginning the project, completing and delivering the project, or paying an invoice — whichever was first. Any requests made beyond this time frame may be ineligible for consideration.
When you submit a request, make sure to provide all the necessary project information and documentation that supports your claim.

6. Evaluating and Approving Refund Requests
Refund approvals are subject to the review and approval of On-line Work Aura. After evaluating your request and the supporting documentation, we may:
Approve your refund completely
Approve a partial refund based on the amount of work that has already been completed
Provide alternative services, revisions, or credits instead of a refund
We will inform you of our decision via e-mail. Once approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the service(s).
7. Timeframe to Process Refunds
Once we approve your refund, we will process your refund within 7-15 business days, contingent upon your payment provider’s policies. Additionally, some banks may require more time to show the credit in your bank statement.
8. Exceptions for Non-Reimbursable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
Services have been completed and accepted by the client
Any changes were made by the client to the project that exceeded the initial scope of the project
Partial completion of time-based services
Any claims of dissatisfaction resulting from expected outcomes that were not guaranteed by us (e.g., guaranteed ranks, specific dollar amounts of revenue generated)
9. Ability to Modify Terms of the Refund Policy
On-line Work Aura has the ability to update and revise this Refund Policy at anytime. Any changes to the Refund Policy will be reflected here on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services following such updates will indicate that you accept the modified terms and conditions.
